Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Zyntara. By creating an account or using any part of our platform at zyntara.xyz, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
01 Eligibility
To use Zyntara, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using the platform under the laws of your country or region.
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
By using Zyntara, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.
02 Account Registration
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@zyntara.xyz.
You may only hold one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earned rewards.
03 NFT License Tiers and Earning Access
Access to earning $ZYN rewards requires purchasing an NFT License. The three available tiers are:

- NFT Licenses are non-refundable once purchased.
- Licenses are supply-capped at the smart contract level. Once a tier sells out, no new licenses of that tier will be minted.
- Licenses may be transferred or resold on secondary markets. Zyntara does not control or guarantee secondary market pricing.
- A VIP Booster Pass ($10–15/month) can be added on top of any license tier for additional energy (+10/day) and a 1.5x multiplier stacked on the base multiplier.
04 Tasks, Submissions, and Rewards
Players earn $ZYN and Points by completing tasks and submitting proof of completion for admin review.
- All submissions are manually reviewed by Zyntara administrators.
- Submissions must include accurate, verifiable proof (e.g. screenshots showing your in-game username).
- Approved submissions result in $ZYN and Points being credited to your account.
- Rejected submissions are final unless you contact support with additional evidence within 7 days.
- Reward amounts are denominated in USD and converted to $ZYN at the current oracle price, updated weekly.
- Daily tasks reset at 00:00 UTC. Weekly tasks reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
⚠️ Energy is deducted at the time of submission, not at approval. If your submission is rejected, energy is not refunded. Submit only when you have genuinely completed the task.
05 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards:
- Fraud and Cheating — submitting fabricated, edited, or misleading proof; using bots, macros, or automation tools.
- Multiple Accounts — operating more than one account to multiply earnings.
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to game tasks, leaderboards, or referral systems.
- Impersonation — claiming to be another player, admin, or Zyntara representative.
- Exploiting Bugs — using platform bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair rewards. Report bugs to support@zyntara.xyz instead.
- Abusive Behavior — harassment, threats, or offensive conduct toward other users or staff.
- Circumventing Restrictions — attempting to bypass energy limits, task cooldowns, or any platform restrictions.
06 $ZYN Token and Points
$ZYN Token:
- $ZYN is a utility token on the Base blockchain used within the Zyntara ecosystem.
- $ZYN earned through the platform can be withdrawn to your linked wallet once minimum thresholds are met.
- Zyntara does not guarantee the market price, liquidity, or future value of $ZYN.
- Withdrawal fees may apply and are subject to change.
Points:
- Points are an off-chain currency redeemable for USDC stablecoins or cosmetic items.
- Points have no cash value outside the Zyntara platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Redemption rates are set by Zyntara and subject to change with reasonable notice.
- A 10% processing fee applies to all USDC redemptions.
🚨 Important: $ZYN tokens and Points earned through fraudulent submissions will be permanently revoked. Zyntara reserves the right to claw back rewards found to have been earned in violation of these Terms.
07 Treasury and Reward Sustainability
Zyntara maintains a Player Rewards Treasury funded by platform revenue streams including NFT mints, royalties, VIP subscriptions, tournament fees, and withdrawal fees.
- If the treasury balance falls below a 30-day payout threshold, reward rates may be automatically reduced by up to 20% until treasury health is restored.
- Zyntara will notify players of any significant reward rate changes with at least 7 days' notice where possible.
- Zyntara does not guarantee any specific level of rewards in perpetuity.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the Zyntara platform — including the design, logo, software, text, and graphics — is owned by Zyntara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission.
- Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the platform (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Zyntara is not affiliated with or endorsed by these game developers.
- By submitting proof screenshots, you grant Zyntara a non-exclusive license to use those submissions for verification and, with your consent, promotional purposes.
09 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Zyntara does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Zyntara is not liable for any loss of $ZYN, Points, or data resulting from platform downtime, bugs, or security breaches outside our reasonable control.
- Zyntara's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Zyntara in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- Zyntara is not responsible for losses resulting from fluctuations in the market value of $ZYN.
10 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
- Any pending rewards not yet withdrawn may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
- You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@zyntara.xyz.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and thereafter through binding arbitration if unresolved within 30 days.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
