01 Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated automatically when you use the platform.
Information you provide:
- Account Information — email address, username, and password when you register.
- Profile Information — in-game usernames, server region, and game preferences you add to your profile.
- Wallet Information — blockchain wallet address you link for $ZYN withdrawals (we do not store private keys).
- Task Submissions — screenshots, notes, and proof you submit to verify completed tasks.
- Communications — messages you send to our support team.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage Data — pages visited, features used, tasks completed, and time spent on the platform.
- Device Information — browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Log Data — server logs including access times, errors, and request details.
02 How We Use Your Information

- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
- Process task submissions, award $ZYN tokens, and track your points balance.
- Calculate and distribute rewards based on your NFT license tier and VIP status.
- Process USDC redemption requests and $ZYN withdrawal transactions.
- Display leaderboards, streaks, and season rankings.
- Send important account notifications, reward confirmations, and platform updates.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- Improve and develop new platform features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
03 How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (e.g., Firebase for database and authentication, hosting providers). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Blockchain Transactions — when you withdraw $ZYN or receive USDC, your wallet address and transaction amount are recorded on the Base blockchain, which is public by nature.
- Leaderboards — your username and points may be visible to other users on public leaderboards. You can update your username in Settings.
- Legal Requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Zyntara and its users.
- Business Transfers — if Zyntara is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
04 Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
- Firebase Authentication for secure login and session management.
- Firestore Security Rules that restrict data access to authorized users only.
- Regular review of access controls and permissions.
⚠️ While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to never share your account credentials.
05 Cookies and Tracking
Zyntara uses browser storage technologies to provide core platform functionality. Here's exactly what we use and why:
Authentication Storage (Essential)
- We use Firebase Authentication, which stores your login session in your browser's
localStorage and IndexedDB — not traditional cookies, but serving the same purpose of keeping you logged in.
- If you check "Remember Me" at login, your session persists across browser restarts until you sign out. If unchecked, your session clears when you close the tab.
- These are strictly necessary for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of them while using Zyntara.
What we do NOT currently use:
- No third-party advertising cookies
- No cross-site tracking
- No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- No social media tracking pixels
Future Advertising Cookies
We plan to integrate Google AdSense on our public pages (blog, landing page) in the future. When this happens, Google may place advertising cookies on your device to serve relevant ads. We will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism before any advertising cookies are activated.
You can control browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing your browser data will sign you out of Zyntara. Note that blocking all storage may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
06 Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.

07 Children's Privacy

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, game platforms, or blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Zyntara operates globally. Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
